Rear window corner reinforcements for 1930-31 Pickups -EACH- 4 required per truck. These steel pieces were used by Ford so they could pre-assemble the back window glass, rubber seal, and frame all as one unit, then only need to attach 12 more screws to install the whole assembly in the truck.
