Steeing Column Bracket- Mounts behind dash rail . Asy to install on 1930-1931 cars , but requres some fabrication to install on 1928-1929 cars. Does not include lower clamp (A3519) shown in photo. Helps to prevent the fuel tank from leaking ,due to flexing of body and tank.
