Complete sealed kit includes lenses, bulbs, wiring, and installs in about 3 minutes per light. LED lights last many times longer then standard bulbs, and are MUCH BRIGHTER for safety. This is the RED for  the tail and AMBER for the brake light. This kit fits the tail light WITH the license light for the 12 volt negative ground cars.
