Complete sealed kit includes lenses, bulbs, wiring, and installs in about 3 minutes per light. LED lights last many times longer then standard bulbs, and are MUCH BRIGHTER for safety. This is the all RED lens w/ Blue Dot for the tail and brake light. This kit fits the tail light W/O the license plate light for the 12 volt negative ground cars.
