This kit which is installed on both the front and rear backing plates, allows all 8 shoes to float within the brake drum when the brakes are applied, resulting in more shoe contact and a softer pedal. Made in New Zealand. Directions included. When installed, many say they make good Model “A” brakes into better brakes than hydraulic brakes, at a far less cost.
